D. Lucas Swartzendruber-Landis

Okay, I guess I'll start this off. Here's my lists in no particular order. I really think the standout of the year has to be Radiohead. Aside from all the hype about their marketing/distribution scheme, In Rainbows really holds up to the previous Radiohead Canon of OK Computer, Kid A and The Bends. For pure Dance euphoria, I highly encourage you all to listen to Justice. That French Nouveau Disco that Daft Punk helped create is alive and well in this booty shakin' record. Perhaps the album on most heavy rotation was Spoon's Ga, Ga, Ga, Ga a semi-evolved album that got caught up in the Motown style arrangements made popular this year by Amy Winhouse but done with more subtlety and perhaps with a bit more pinache.

enjoy.
